Beautiful Victorian house full of character and well restored. Modern shower with plenty of hot water, very comfortable beds, excellent heating. Charming, helpful host. Perfect location, within walking distance of the art gallery and Basilica, the best shops and hotels, near Peel Station but in a quiet street. Continental breakfast - as much as you wish with fruit, muffins, coffee and hot chocolate.
With such cold weather, it would have been nice to have a kettle or access to hot water for coffee in the evening. But there was a late night coffee shop a few minutes walk.

I enjoyed the clean room and friendly staff, but wished for a smart TV to stream content. The coffee shop in the lobby was a lovely perk during my stay.

Personnel is very friendly and helpful, breakfast is good (even the same every day and not that ''extended''), room was very spacious, clean and comfortable-bathroom as well! Breakfast was good-even if a bit ''limited''.
There was no elevator, which is a minor problem. But, there was some light coming into the room through the window and the door, which is to be fixed -through the upcoming rennovation of the hotel.

Charming ambiance with a great location near shopping and dining! The beds are comfortable, and the staff was consistently friendly. I enjoyed the adorable café in the lobby, serving delicious loose-leaf tea. Parking is limited, so reserve early, as street space in this area can be challenging!

The design of the hotel is really neat, none of the rooms or corridors are really orthogonal. Has an sort of Victorian feel to it. The staff were very friendly and helpful suggesting places to eat nearby.
Breakfast was a little sparse.

I really enjoyed my stay at this cozy spot! The clean and spacious room had great A/C, and the little café was perfect for my morning coffee fix. I wish they had a smart TV for streaming, though.
